Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026. By creating an account or using JobberOn, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

These terms are an agreement between Whoolab Technologies, a partnership firm based in India (“JobberOn”, “we”, “us”), and the business or person using the service (“you”). The “service” means the JobberOn web console, the JobberOn Manage and JobberOn mobile apps, and the related websites and APIs.

1. Who can use JobberOn

You must be at least 18 years old, and if you’re signing up for an organisation, you must be authorised to act for it. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

JobberOn is field-workforce management software — attendance, tasks and proof of work, expenses, forms, location and reporting — delivered through a web console and two mobile apps. We keep improving it and may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for what your users (managers and field staff) do under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Using it responsibly

The service lets you collect data about your employees, including location and photos. You’re responsible for using these features lawfully — having a proper reason to collect that data, telling your staff what’s collected and why, and following applicable employment and data-protection laws. You also agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you don’t subscribe, the account simply stops at the end of the trial and nothing is charged.

6. Fees, billing & taxes

  • Paid plans are billed per seat, per billing cycle. A seat is a place for one active employee. You choose how many seats you need — subject to the minimum shown at sign-up — and your bill is that number of seats at your agreed price, whether or not every seat is occupied.
  • Each active user account occupies one seat, including administrators. You cannot add or reactivate an employee beyond the seats you have; add seats first.
  • Deactivating an employee frees their seat to be given to someone else at no charge. It does not reduce your bill for that cycle.
  • Adding seats takes effect immediately once paid, and is charged only for the days remaining in your current cycle. Reducing seats takes effect at the start of your next cycle; no refund or credit is given for the current one. Your billing date does not change in either case.
  • GST and any applicable taxes are added and shown on your invoice.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges (for example via UPI Autopay or e-mandate) until you cancel, and subscriptions renew automatically each cycle.
  • Your price is the price you agreed to. If we change our published prices, your existing subscription keeps its agreed price per seat; the new price applies to new subscriptions. Should we ever need to change the price of an existing subscription, we will give you reasonable prior notice and the change will apply only from your next cycle. Taxes are set by law and follow the rate in force.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from the console or by contacting us; billing stops and access continues to the end of the paid cycle. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your data

Your data stays yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to run the service, and you can export it while your subscription is active. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our software

The JobberOn software, design and content are owned by Whoolab Technologies and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your business during your subscription; all other rights are reserved.

10. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it’s provided “as is” and we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Suspension & termination

You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or don’t pay, usually after notice and a chance to fix it. Terms that should survive (like fees owed, ownership and liability limits) continue after termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala will have jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
